As hard as it is to believe, the Toy Storyfranchise is 31 years old!

That's right, audiences were first introduced to Woody and Buzz more than two decades ago when Toy Story premiered in 1995. Not long after, excited audiences were back in theaters for Toy Story 2 which premiered in 1999.

More than 10 years later, Toy Story 3 was released, followed by Toy Story 4 in 2019 and on June 19, Toy Story 5 hits theaters.

To celebrate the new chapter, here's a look back at the '90s premieres of Toy Story and Toy Story 2 with appearances by cast members like Tim Allen, Tom Hanks and Laurie Metcalf to astronaut Buzz Aldrin and Oscar nominee Minnie Driver.

Tim Allen and Tom Hanks — who voice Buzz Lightyear and Woody respectively — had a laugh at the 1995 Hollywood premiere of the first film. Who would have thought that that more than 30 years later, the dynamic duo would be returning to celebrate the film's fifth installment.

"None of us can believe that we're still a part of it," Hanks told PEOPLE ahead of the film's premiere.

Randy Newman

It's impossible to think of the Toy Story franchise and not think of "You've Got a Friend in Me" and that's all thanks to composer Randy Newman who attended the first premiere with his wife Gretchen and their children Patrick and Alice.

Laurie Metcalf

Laurie Metcalf, who recently took home her third Tony Award, voiced Andy's Mom in the first film. She was joined by her eldest daughter Zoey Perry who was a teen at the time.

For the 1999 Hollywood premiere of Toy Story 2, David Hasselhoff brought along his two daughters Taylor and Hayley whom he shared with then-wife Pamela Bach.

Hanks sported a beard — and doled out some bunny ears — at the sequel's premiere in 1999.

While both students at Loyola Marymount University in the 1990s, Colin Hanks and Busy Philipps were college sweethearts. At the time of the Toy Story 2 premiere — where she accompanied Hanks as he supported his dad Tom, Philipps was in the middle of her run on the beloved shows Freaks and Geeks and Dawson's Creek.

Marie Osmond, who is now a mom of 8, was joined by three of her sons at the 1999 sequel premiere.

Buzz Lightyear's namesake astronaut Buzz Aldrin was sure to make time for the premiere of Toy Story 2 three decades after becoming the second person to ever walk on the moon.

A year after being Oscar nominated for her role in Good Will Hunting, Minnie Driver showed up to the 1999 premiere of Toy Story 2.
