Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Accused of Selling Themselves to ‘American Media’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who recently returned to the UK, are accused of pandering to “American media.” This comes as news of the Sussexes’ homecoming after six years away has sparked intense speculation and rumors. After all, they have made several bombshell claims about members of the royal family since their infamous Megxit.
Royal biographer claims Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘sold themselves to the American media’
A former royal aide has called out the “worst thing” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have done since quitting as working royals. The comment comes from Dickie Arbiter, a royal biographer who worked as press secretary to Queen Elizabeth II from 1988 to 2000. He claimed that the Sussexes “sold themselves to the American media” after Megxit, with viewers “buying into” their “lies”.
In a conversation with Daily Expresso US host JJ Anisiobi, he said, “The Americans bought into it so much that there was a time when the network shows, the breakfast shows in particular, were actually looking at their Netflix series as being the gospel according to St Harry. The same as The Crown; they were using that as a textbook. And The Crown is as much a lie as Harry and Meghan … The Americans, they’re quite gullible, actually; I’m sorry to say.”

In their 2022 Netflix series, “Harry & Meghan,” the pair described their relocation to America as a “freedom flight” and claimed that they were victims of “institutional gaslighting.” In addition, the Sussexes levelled a series of damning claims against the British royal family in their March 2021 TV interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Not to mention, the Duke’s memoir, “Spare,” includes a number of bombshell allegations about tensions between Meghan Markle and senior members of the Firm. In the latest indication that their rift with the royals is far from over, the couple reportedly issued a pointed rebuttal after King Charles declared this week that they remain “private citizens” with no royal standing.
Their return in late August after six years away, therefore, remains a mystery. The non-working royals have yet to publicly comment on the reasons behind their decision.
