Mary Cosby's cousin and several of her former Faith Temple Pentecostal Church members have made a bombshell claim about the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star's love life.
In TLC's upcoming docuseries, The Cult of the Real Housewife, Mary's first cousin, Dan Cosby, says ex-congregant Cameron Williams — who died shortly after his appearance on RHOSLC in 2021 from complications from brain tumor surgery — called him and told him that he'd had an affair with Mary, who has been married to her husband Robert Cosby Sr. since 1998.
Per the documentary, during the call, Dan said that Cameron told him he went to Mary's house, and Mary asked him to put on some music. After they sat down together, Cameron allegedly told Dan that Mary grabbed his hand and started "rubbing her."
"According to Cameron, he put his hand in her vagina," Dan recalled. "I said, ‘What?’"
The next thing Dan said Cameron told him was that he and Mary "had sex.”
A representative for Cosby has not responded to PEOPLE's request for comment.

A clip of an apparent call between Dan and Cameron is played in the documentary, in which Cameron can seemingly be heard saying, "We had the affair and all that, but like, that was me being victimized. It had to take therapy for me to get out of that.”
Also on that phone call, Cameron said the affair at first made him feel like "God really is blessing me."
"Look, we were on private jets, going on trips, she was buying me $2,500 shoes," he said on the phone call. "Of course, in my head I’m like, ‘Wow'...I truly was manipulated in so many ways. I’m embarrassed of myself at this point."
Dan claimed in the documentary that Cameron told him he "wanted his story out" if anything were to happen to him and that he was "fearing for his life."
"My goal is to protect my family," Cameron said during the phone call recording. "I be trying to make sure I don’t go down on her ship. That’s why I was calling, cause I’m like okay, that’s something I won’t allow because I don’t want to be associated with Mary no more.”
In the documentary, Dan said that Cameron, a friend of RHOSLC's Lisa Barlow, told him that he helped orchestrate Mary's casting on the Bravo reality show in order to "expose her."

In the documentary, ex-congregant Ernest Enoch said Cameron also told him "me and Mary had an affair."
Ernest's brother, Michael Enoch, said that Cameron stopped coming to church all of a sudden, and when he asked him why, he told him, "If I told you, you wouldn’t believe me, or you would get upset.”
In the documentary, Michael claimed that Mary has said that Cameron died "because he lied on her."
The Cult of the Real Housewife is a three-part docuseries that traces the dramatic rise of Faith Temple from its founding by Mary's grandmother Rosemary ‘Mama’ Cosby to her passing. It also covers the controversial transfer of leadership and Mary's marriage to Robert Sr., the widower of Rosemary.
While Mary has not addressed specific claims in the documentary, she called the project "sad and a shame" when asked about it at BravoCon 2025 in November.
"It’s horrible, that’s what I think," she said. "And it’s not true.”
The Cult of the Real Housewife premieres Thursday, Jan. 1, at 8 p.m. ET on TLC. All episodes will be available to stream the next day on HBO Max and discovery+.
