Wiles continued working for the White House during her treatment for the last six months. And now, on September 16, Collins, 34, took to X to share a major update on Wiles.

The CNN anchor shared, "Great news out of the West Wing." This came after Collins called out the president for using a 9/11 ceremony to defend his war against Iran.

"After a medical appointment at the Mayo Clinic this week, my pathology results came back clear. I am cancer-free.

Wiles continued, "Thank you to my family, friends, doctors, and everyone who prayed for me, checked in, and supported me along the way.

She also added a "special thank you to President Trump for his unwavering support" before finally closing by saying she was "deeply grateful."

Back in March, Trump organized a press conference before the Kennedy Center lunch.

At the conference, the president described Wiles as "an amazing fighter.

"She's going to take care of it immediately. She's going to be in great shape," he added.

While sitting next to Trump, Wiles said, "Thank you, sir. That's right."

Before the press conference, Trump announced in a Truth Social post about her diagnosis while adding that she has decided to "take on this challenge, IMMEDIATELY, as opposed to waiting."

He called Wiles one of his "closest and most trusted advisors" before informing his followers that she would be working virtually in the White House.

"Melania and I are with her in every way, and we look forward to working with Susie on the many big and wonderful things that are happening for the benefit of our Country," his Truth Social post ended.

Former Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote in a post that she was "praying for Susie and rallying behind her as she prepares to fight this battle against breast cancer."

Leavitt also commended Wiles for her contributions to Trump's Presidential campaign and for "spearheading the most successful administration in history"
