*Summer House*'s Ciara Miller hasn't responded publicly to costars Amanda Batula and West Wilson confirming their rumored romance, but the moves she's making on social media are speaking volumes.

Miller has quietly unfollowed both of her castmates on Instagram after Batula and Wilson shared their joint statement on the platform. Both Batula and Wilson have also unfollowed the 30-year-old nurse, signifying a less-an-amicable friendship split.

For those who haven't caught the news yet, Wilson and Batula shared the new status of their relationship on Tuesday. "We've seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. It was never our intention to purposely hide anything," their joint statement read. "Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it."

It continued: "We've shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what's developed recently was the last thing either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, longstanding friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care. As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling. We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless."

"We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this," they concluded.

The statement came weeks after gossip blog DeuxMoi reported that Wilson and Batula were allegedly hooking up.

The rumor created ripples throughout the *Summer House* fandom due to Wilson and Miller's very public breakup after dating for a few months during season 8. Although their brief dalliance following Wilson's addition to the cast in 2023 ended on less than friendly terms, the pair have maintained a will-they-or-won't-they vibe ever since.

In the show's latest season, multiple cast members wonder if the pair are getting back together, with Wilson being notably disturbed when approached by costar Jesse Solomon about possibly kissing Miller if given the chance.

Fans felt particularly scandalized about the rumors because Batula and Miller have been close friends for years; Batula even gushed about Miller coming to her aid after she and her husband, Kyle Cooke, announced their split in January, a little more than a month before online speculation about her relationship with Wilson began.

"[Miller] is one of the kindest, most loving, loyal friends I've ever had. She sends me texts out of the blue, reminding me how strong, powerful, smart, and kind I am — I don't think she even realizes how much I need those texts," Batula said in an interview with *Marie Claire*. "It's also meant so much to me how supportive West has been throughout the season, sometimes in ways I wasn't even aware of when filming. It's not performative; it's just really authentic to who West is."

Wilson brushed aside the rumors during a recent appearance on Bravo's *Watch What Happens Live*, stating that he and Batula were just friends and adding, "If it's not clear, that's a very important person to me, and I, like, care about her a lot."

Batula further denied the rumors, writing, "THANK YOUUUUUUU," when responding to a fan who commented, "West is a safe boy bestie for Amanda because they'd never date. He's so much fun, he cares about his friends and they have mutual friends to hang out with all the time."

Even Cooke voiced his skepticism of the rumors during a March 10 appearance on *WWHL*. "For it to go as long as it has in the news cycle is kind of shocking," Cooke said. "But no, I don't think there's any merit to it."

When pressed further on the topic, Cooke didn't directly say he'd be upset if Batula and Wilson dated, but acknowledged that he thought it would make things difficult within their friend group.

"It would certainly catch me by surprise and feel a little reckless," he said. "And I think I'd probably be the last person people would be worried about. I think Ciara would probably have something to say. But if it made Amanda happy, I think I just would have to vote 'yea.'"

However, the behavior of the *Summer House *cast notably shifted after *Page Six* reported that Batula and Miller were "feuding" after the latter allegedly received confirmation of the long-rumored hookup last week. Although neither star commented on the allegations, fans noted that despite the duo being scheduled to do an Amazon livestream together, they wound up doing the event separately instead.

Several Bravo stars seemingly responded (without actually saying anything) to the resurgence of the rumors. *Southern Charm*'s Austen Kroll, who was recently spotted hanging out with Cooke, sent tongues wagging when he seemingly referenced the alleged hookup in an Instagram Story posted that same weekend. "Pasta and f* your friends exes are apparently so back," Kroll wrote.

Neither Cooke or Miller have spoken out since Batula and Wilson confirmed their romance.
