On Sunday, June 14, the John Wick star, 55, posted a sweet tribute on Instagram to commemorate her son Jack's high school graduation. In the photos, the 18-year-old, whom she shares with ex Tom Brady, is all dressed up as he celebrated his big weekend.
Moynahan expressed how "proud" she is of Jack in the caption, adding how "excited" their whole family is for this next chapter in his life.
"So proud of our boy Jack. We are all excited to see what you do next! #graduation #wedidit #proudparents," she captioned the set of photos, also tagging Brady and her husband Andrew Frankel.
In the comment section, Brady, 48, shared his own sweet sentiments about their son's accomplishment.
"The most precious young man…❤️❤️❤️," Brady wrote.
Several of the former couple's celebrity friends also shared their congratulations in the comment section.
"Congrats Jack and mama!!!! ❤️❤️," wrote This Is Us alum Mandy Moore, while Kimora Lee Simmons commented, "Omg wow! Big congrats!😍🎉🎓👏🏽."

The seven-time Super Bowl champion also shared a series of photos on Instagram of Jack's graduation, including one of himself and Moynahan showing their support. The former couple could be seen smiling as they stood on either side of their son, whom they welcomed in 2007.
Jack wore a maroon cap and gown and proudly held up his diploma. The NFL player sported a blue suit for the occasion, while the Blue Bloods actress wore a white and blue striped dress.
The Fox Sports analyst also shared pictures of himself and Jack alongside his and ex-wife Gisele Bündchen's kids, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, and shots of Jack during his graduation ceremony and party.

One snap also showed the dad of three putting a loving hand on his son's chest while wrapping his other arm around him. Another photo showed Jack with his paternal grandparents, Tom Sr. and Galynn.
In a message accompanying the photos, Brady wrote, "One of the proudest days of my life, watching Jack walk across the stage, and graduate into the next chapter of what's already an impressive life. You are an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend amongst many other things."
"What makes me happiest is knowing who you are when no one is watching," he continued as he paid tribute to his son. "The way you show up for your friends. The way you check on people having a hard day. The love you give our family, and the fact that you still let me win in 1v1 every once in a while."
"This isn't an ending. It's a starting line," the proud dad added. "Whatever you chase next we know you'll find success in. Take the risks. Be kind. Be yourself.
